Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Vocario, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Vocario lets you record or import audio and, when you choose, request AI-assisted outputs such as summaries through Google Gemini using your own API key. Features, supported platforms, languages, and availability may change over time.

You are responsible for your recordings, imported files, API key, device security, and use of generated results. You must obtain any consent required before recording another person or processing confidential material.

You are also responsible for reviewing AI-generated output. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for important decisions.

You may not use Vocario to violate law, infringe rights, secretly record where consent is required, distribute harmful or unlawful material, compromise another person’s account or key, interfere with the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or misuse third-party AI services.

AI features depend on Google Gemini and the valid API key you provide. Your use of Gemini is governed by Google’s applicable terms and policies. Brain Station 23 is not responsible for Google’s availability, output, pricing, quotas, policy changes, or handling of submitted content.

Brain Station 23 PLC and its licensors own Vocario, including its software, visual design, trademarks, and documentation. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app. You retain rights you already hold in your recordings and other content.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Vocario. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not promise that the app or any third-party service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Vocario and its AI-generated outputs are productivity tools, not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Verify important information with the original recording and a qualified professional where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocario is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Station 23 PLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, recordings, profits, opportunities, or AI usage charges arising from your use of Vocario or a third-party service.

You may stop using Vocario at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, third parties, or comply with law. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as Vocario evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
